Standard orders:
Regular shipping times for domestic orders are based on processing time plus shipping time.
All orders are shipped using Priority Mail, U S Postal Service and usually arrive two to three days after being dispatched from our distribution location in New York. Toys are shipped in USPS packaging. USPS packaging products have been awarded Cradle to Cradle Certification for their ecologically-intelligent design. For more information go to mbdc.com/usps.
-Expedited delivery is guaranteed to arrive within 3 business days of purchase. A charge of $19.00 will be added to all orders requesting Expedited delivery.
- Express delivery is guaranteed to arrive within 2 business days of purchase. A charge of $39.00 is added to all orders requesting Express delivery.
Please note: Shipping times apply to all orders received before 1 PM Eastern Time. The delivery times noted do not apply to shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.

Partial Orders
In order to provide you with the speediest service possible, items ordered together may not necessarily ship together. This will not affect your shipping charges and your credit card will not be charged for any product that has not yet shipped. You will be notified by e-mail or phone if there are any delays in shipping.
Shipments outside the United States
We are unable to ship internationally or to Puerto Rico.
Shipments to a P.O. Box address
Priority Mail Orders can be shipped to P. O. Box addresses.
Electronic gift certificates
We can send Electronic gift certificates to an e-mail address provided, within 1 business day following order verification and credit approval. It is the Purchaser?s responsibility to provide an accurate and deliverable e-mail address.
Returns
We will accept returns for refund, if notified within 7 days of your receipt of the product. We will accept a return for exchange within 30 days of receipt of the product. You must notify us in advance, of your return and obtain a return authorization number. We must receive the product back within 10 days of the notification of intent to return. The returned item must be returned in undamaged and saleable condition. This means the toy as well as the packaging must be in ready to ship condition. Returns sent without an authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged Goods
If goods are damaged during shipment to you, save the items, the boxes and all packaging material. Notify us and we will place a claim with the carrier. You should retain damaged merchandise as well packaging for inspection and return it to us, once advised. We will replace the product.
Canceling Orders
Most orders are shipped the morning following our receipt of the request. Orders received on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
